How much do Field Care Supervisors get paid?

When will I receive my pay?

We pay our Field Care Supervisors monthly on the last working day of each month. In addition to your regular pay, you’ll also enjoy great perks including enhanced weekend, mileage allowance, paid ongoing training + paid annual leave.

What hours do Field Care Supervisors work?

Most of our Field Care Supervisors work 40 hours a week with some weekend work & flexible shift patterns. You’ll also spend some time on call and due to the nature of the role, might need to work outside of these hours on occasion.

Due to the nature of this important role, our Field Care Supervisor jobs are only full-time at the moment. If you’re looking for a part-time role in care, we suggest applying for our Care or Support Worker roles.

Do I need a driving licence and/or a car?

Yes, to be a Care Worker you need both. Alternatively, our disability Support Worker and live-in carer roles don’t require a driving licence or access to a vehicle.

Where will I work?

Our Disability Support Field Care Supervisor roles involve working in your local office & directly supporting our clients. Our Home Care Field Care Supervisor jobs also involve some office working, plus time out in the community visiting clients in their own home. The exact amount of time you’ll spend doing one or other will vary according to the job you apply for. Speak to our Recruitment Team to find out more.

When will I start?

Applying for one of our Field Care Supervisor jobs only takes a few minutes & you could start your role within just two weeks. Once you apply, we’ll have a chat before booking a video interview. If successful, we’ll then complete pre-employment checks such as a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check & collect your references.

Do I need experience?

You don’t need experience in the role, but you do need experience in providing personal care & support to people of all ages and abilities who use our services. We provide exclusive training so you can quickly learn new skills. You’ll also have or are gaining NVQ3 in Social Care, or QCF or an equivalent qualification. You’ll be ambitious and want to develop your career.
