We pay our Field Care Supervisors monthly on the last working day of each month. In addition to your regular pay, you’ll also enjoy great perks including enhanced weekend, mileage allowance, paid ongoing training + paid annual leave.
Most of our Field Care Supervisors work 40 hours a week with some weekend work & flexible shift patterns. You’ll also spend some time on call and due to the nature of the role, might need to work outside of these hours on occasion.

Our Disability Support Field Care Supervisor roles involve working in your local office & directly supporting our clients. Our Home Care Field Care Supervisor jobs also involve some office working, plus time out in the community visiting clients in their own home.
