My parents were always sceptical of people they did not know coming into their house, but as my mother’s health deteriorated they had no choice. Based upon recommendation I contacted Alina and it was the best decision that I could have made. Alina quickly assessed my mother’s needs and continued to at regular intervals as her health changed. They were a great support when dealing with social services and funding and assisted me greatly in getting the right services from the NHS etc. The carers that came into the house, and at the end this was 2 carers four times a day and one overnight, were exemplary. They were all different but they bought a ray of sunshine into the house and perked up my mother and provided good interaction with my father. The biscuit tin has yet to recover! As per the title, they were carers but they proved to be a lot more than that.
