What skills are needed to become a Care Assistant?

You don’t need any qualifications or previous experience to become a Care Assistant at Alina Homecare. You just need to pass an enhanced DBS background check and have the right to work in the UK.
When starting your new role, you’ll receive advanced training through our Alina Homecare Training Academy to help you fulfil the duties of a Care Assistant.
