CallRail calltrk_fcid 90 days Keeps you matched to the same phone number if you come back to the website later.
CallRail calltrk_landing 90 days Stores the first page you arrived on so the correct phone number can be shown.
CallRail calltrk_referrer 90 days Stores how you reached our website so the correct phone number can be shown.
Alina Homecare cef_vid 90 days Lets our enquiry forms recognise a returning visit so a part completed form can be picked up again.
Alina Homecare cef_utm 30 days Stores the page you arrived on so your enquiry reaches the right Team.

Local storage: our call tracking also keeps a copy of the details above in your browser’s local storage, under names beginning calltrk-. These hold the same information as the cookies listed above and are cleared when you clear your browsing data.

6 Analytics & Marketing Cookies

Zoho SalesIQ LS_CSRF_TOKEN Session Used for security purposes to prevent cross-site request forgery.
Zoho SalesIQ priority 1 day Manages the priority of chat requests and interactions on the website.

Local storage: if you accept these cookies, Google Ads also stores a small record under _gcl_ls in your browser’s local storage for the same purpose as the cookies above.

Measurement without cookies: we also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which tells us how many people visit our pages and how they move through the website. It works without cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not identify you, so it is not part of the choices in our cookie banner.
