James is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Alina Homecare.
He originally qualified as a solicitor, specialising in corporate finance and property law, before taking up senior management and Board positions in both private and publicly listed companies.
James has extensive experience in social care through his previous involvement with SeeAbility (formerly The Royal School for the Blind), a registered charity supporting people with sight loss. At SeeAbility, James started as a volunteer and became Chairman of the Board of Trustees. During this time, James developed a plan to create a company that delivered high quality care services to people in their own homes.
As CEO of Alina Homecare, James has created a growing network of Care at Home branches and Disability Support services, focusing on high quality, compassionate care and support. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, Alina Homecare continues to grow every year and now operates from 40+ locations across the South of England.
