Our Horsham team took advantage of the glorious weather to hold their Staff Forum on the terrace of the beautiful Highwood Milll Extra Care Scheme. We strongly believe in sharing and learning from each other so a member of our Board regularly sits down with local teams to listen to ideas about making Alina Homecare an even better place for staff and customers alike.
