Brentwood Team rated GOOD

Our Brentwood Team are delighted to have been awarded a ‘Good’ rating in all 5 categories (being safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led) after their recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of all health and social care in England. 

The service, which supports people in their own homes in Brentwood and nearby areas including Chelmsford, Ingatestone and Billericay is led by experienced Registered Manager Claire Winn, who said:

“ The Team are focused on ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. This positive report shows our clients felt staff are caring, supportive and promote independence, all while maintaining dignity and respecting their decisions about their care. The Team are looking forward to demonstrating these qualities to new clients as demand for our services continues to grow. ”
