Our care offers conversation & companionship to combat loneliness through the winter months.
Intense training
We take training very seriously. New care staff all undertake rigorous training to ensure they can support all our clients needs. This includes sensory awareness training where trainees wear latex gloves with cotton wool and lolly sticks in the fingers to create the loss of sensation and arthritis whilst wearing glasses simulating either macular degeneration or cataracts, simultaneously trying to open child proof medicine bottles and write their names! It’s this level of detail that makes Alina training different.
