Rustington Team awarded GOOD, again!

Our Rustington Team was delighted to again be awarded ‘Good’ ratings in all 5 categories well led, safe, responsive, effective and caring by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Registered Manager, Sally Cobby said; “I’m so proud of this ‘Good’ rating from CQC – the Team works hard to deliver the highest quality of care for our clients in Rustington and surrounding areas,. The CQC report highlighted how our clients are treated with dignity and respect, with customer feedback specifically saying our carers are all kind, respectful, professional and punctual. We’re a growing service and will now build on this award to increase provision of great care in our local area”.
