Manager Liz, Sarah, and the entire Walton-on-Thames team achieved a GOOD rating by CQC inspectors in every category. This achievement reflects the team’s daily commitment to providing quality services to local people. Inspectors look at all aspects of a branch’s operations and seek independent feedback from clients and their families and staff before awarding a rating.
