Care plans are available on our care monitoring app. where you’ll log your tasks as you complete them.
Are Care Worker Jobs self employed?
We directly employ all our Care Workers. Our care services are fully managed with local and central support, which means we’ll recruit, train and manage you to ensure you thrive in the role and deliver the best quality Home Care possible. Unlike private carers, our Care Workers enjoy a company pension, paid holiday and job security.
What’s the difference between a Care Worker, a Live-in Carer and a Support Worker?
The main difference between Care Worker and Live-in Carers is the type of care they each provide. A Care Worker provides visiting Home Care. You’ll sometimes see them referred to as a Domiciliary Carer. This simply means they go between different people’s private homes each day to complete various tasks. By contrast, Live-in Carers move in with their client and provide round the clock support throughout the day. Care Workers travel much more than Live-in Carers and also have more clients, whereas Live-in Carers stay in the same home each day. Both jobs are varied and rewarding, and both offer an incredible opportunity to make a difference supporting someone.
