We used Alina Care for 6 months. We had daycare and some night care and I can't thank them enough for their dedication to looking after my husband, all the carers were brilliant and always professional and importantly happy and friendly.

I live in the USA, so it is vitally important that Mum and Dad's live-in carers are able to provide the caring and professional service they need. Alina has stepped up to the plate and continues to provide a great service. Mum and Dad think of the carer as the daughter they never had! Living overseas it is important that I know they are being properly cared for and that they are happy and Alina provides that assurance through their regular updates and indirectly from how Mum and Dad talk about the carer on telephone calls. The quality of care that Alina provide is excellent but it is also those intangibles they provide that enrich Mum and Dads day to day living experience. Alina Homecare were able to provide us with three nights of overnight care for my mother following an accident. This was done at very short notice and they made a real effort to try and accommodate us, for which I was extremely grateful. The overnight carer was lovely and extremely kind and helpful with my mother.

I have been a client of Alina Home Care from September 2022 to October 2023, originally to get me up in the mornings but as my illness has progressed during the past year I now have them at night as well. I can honestly say they are exceptional. As I am now housebound, their carers have made life easier in every way they can. Help with personal care and more mundane things such as getting the washing machine and dishwasher loaded. One of their actions is to write their notes to a central office where each of the other carers can read and act upon when they next visit It helps them and me because I might forget sometimes As I have previously stated their care is exceptional and their regular training days keep the carers up to date. I would highly recommend them.

My dad sadly had a stroke and despite rehab, it left him unable to walk or stand. The family home was adapted but he needed 2 carers four times a day to wash and change him and Alina took on that role. They made it so easy to arrange and were friendly, professional and organised, especially the manager and another member of staff in particular. The care dad received from all of his carers was amazing. Their kindness and empathy not only for dad but also for mum was wonderful. They were always helpful and attentive to dad's needs and wishes and it took away a lot of the stress and worry for mum and my family knowing dad was being so well cared for. We later had to apply for council funding which was a nightmare and the manager stepped in and sorted it for us. They pretty much became part of our family for 18 months until sadly dad passed away in November. A massive and heartfelt thank you to you all.

Alina provided exceptional service at short notice for my wife when I suddenly went into hospital. She was looked after day and night until I returned. Her care couldn't have been any better. I would recommend this company any time.

We have been extremely impressed with the services of Alina Homecare. The staff are always reliable, hugely empathetic and supportive to my mother in law who following a recent bereavement can become distressed and lonely at times. They always provide emotional support and recently stayed with her until she was settled before leaving at night. The daily updates via the app are excellent and keep us fully informed of her daily care together with her physical and mental status which is a huge reassurance to us as we live some distance away. They will also phone directly if they have any concerns or suggestions. They encourage her to maintain her independence with daily activities and own choice of meals and TV selection. She has become very fond of ‘her girls’ and looks forward to seeing them each day. We feel very lucky to have found them as a care agency. Thank you.

Alina care for my Dad of whom have been excellent in all care for him, without the care in place for my Dad I feel that he would not be with us today as he had given up on life since losing his wife/my mom. He turned to drink more and his hygiene was not good, some nights he would not go home and sleep on benches, also he was in and out of hospital due to falls. Since Alina care have been caring for him he has turned a corner - his hygiene now is excellent, his wellbeing overall has come on excellently, and feel this has been achieved by Alina care and should be very proud of all staff. All in all, I could not ever be able to thank every member of staff for all they have done and continue to care for my Dad, and would recommend to all. Thank you Alina Homecare.

For the last 5-years, I could not have coped without Alina Homecare. Through my illness, the death of a close family member, the carers have been my rock. I know I can phone Alina Homecare day or night, and they will be the support I need.

My parents were always sceptical of people they did not know coming into their house, but as my mother's health deteriorated they had no choice. Based upon recommendation I contacted Alina and it was the best decision that I could have made. Alina quickly assessed my mother's needs and continued to at regular intervals as her health changed. They were a great support when dealing with social services and funding and assisted me greatly in getting the right services from the NHS etc. The carers that came into the house, and at the end this was 2 carers four times a day and one overnight, were exemplary. They were all different but they bought a ray of sunshine into the house and perked up my mother and provided good interaction with my father. The biscuit tin has yet to recover! As per the title, they were carers but they proved to be a lot more than that.

Friendly and good care is always provided for my husband. It is beneficial to have regular carers who understand my husband's needs. My only complaint is that not all carers are able to make beds that would be comfortable to sleep in all night.

Care very good most of the time. When a problem crops up it is always dealt with at once and very satisfactory. Dad is very happy with his care, especially at important times, i.e. mornings and night when he gets carers that are familiar with his personal care.

We have been with the company for 2 years, when they took over from our previous company. The changeover was managed well and helped by the majority of staff joining Alina. Our needs have been delivered efficiently and effectively and occasional additional and overnight cover has been managed with appropriate staff. Communication by telephone and email has been responded to politely and with humour. Care staff have been excellent. Regular, familiar staff have shown gentleness, humour and have often gone beyond their official duties in order to meet mom's needs. They have become part of our family, which I welcomed. Even when mom was being difficult, they have shown patience and cajoling to get her cooperation. Recently, mom died and we were able to manage her needs until the end. I am very grateful for their support. Thank you.
