Our Disability Support services are available for young people and adults with learning disabilities, including autism, epilepsy and other complex care needs. We work with family members, local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups to support our service users to live independently in the place they call home.
We’re committed to providing excellent quality services because we believe people relying on our services deserve the very best. That’s why we employ our own internal Quality Team to ensure our services are of the highest standards and exceed expected regulations. All our services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure we’re providing the best possible support.

Our Care and Support Teams are at the heart of our established reputation and the reason we’re able to deliver such high quality services. They’re trained to go above and beyond when delivering person centred and dedicated support to people at home.
We have internal Recruitment Teams who carry out comprehensive pre employment checks on all new staff to match the character and experience of our employees with our core values.
Our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy provides thorough induction training so that all Team members can carry out their duties with sufficient knowledge and expertise. We also offer ongoing specialist training opportunities to allow for professional growth.
All our staff receive constant support from all Teams within the organisation, as well as benefitting from many other great perks. We care about the mental health and wellbeing of all our staff – that’s why we make sure every Team member has access to professional external 24/7 wellbeing support.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do.
Quality is key to delivering the highest standard of care and support in a truly person centred way. We’ve worked hard to ensure our Teams know how to deliver high quality care and support for the people who use our services so they experience the ‘Alina Difference’.
Integrity is a key part of our culture and directs how we operate. It enables us to be open, honest and transparent in everything we do. From the way our Teams work together, to the delivery of our care and support services, we ensure our operations are always conducted with integrity.
Respecting the people who use our services and other members of our Teams is what drives us forward. Everybody has the right to respect. Because of this, we ensure that our Teams understand this when delivering care and support to the people who use our services.
Embracing change and remaining flexible allows us to continuously deliver the highest quality support. We always welcome ideas to make services better than before. We use innovative technologies, such as My Diary and Birdie, to support the delivery of our services.
All our Care and Support Teams are united by a common goal – to make life easier. This is possible by working collaboratively as a wider Group. Collaboration allows us to support each other to deliver high quality care and support every day.
