The people we support were invited to join an on-line group to meet new people from across our many services and take an active role in shaping our work which has a direct impact on their lives. Members of the group have called themselves Be Inspired and launched an internal newsletter.
Disability Support Quality Manager, Danielle Thomas-Farnden said; “ The people we support always have a voice in the personalised services they receive, the purpose of this group is to meet other people and together play a bigger role in shaping our future service delivery. The group is open to everyone who receives services from Alina Homecare. “
